MATERIALS

Material to be used for housekeeping / janitorial services, we shall use the best quality materials manufactured by reputed companies like taski, gala etc., we will also supply imported materials as per requirements of clients.

DRESS CODE

All housekeeping any other manpower are provided with uniform, shoes, which is identical to the nature of work carried out by theme as per the principle employer's choice. we provide identity cards with photos and employee code number to our employees for easy identification and recognition.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Weekly one payable off should be given to employee Service will be rendered only after receiving work order from you with approved charges. Comprehensive agreement will be signed once within 15days from the date of start up. Payment will be made within 7days from date of invoice General stationary will be provided from your end. Either parties shall not absorb each other's man power

Either parties shall give one month prior notice in case of termination or withdrawal You shall increase the minimum wages as and when increased by Government. Any negotiation or discrepancies in total value as per act may lead to less payment on legal heads. (excluding service charges and service tax) on client behalf. Any principal employer either they may hiring the staff directly or outsourcing agencies they shall liable to pay the min/contract wages and as per applicable laws. Applicable charges are "ESIC, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave & Holiday Wages, Relievers Charges, Uniform Charges, Service Charges, Service Tax

Any deviations in above may leads to attract legal bodies, and panel charges will be paid by the principle employer. Keeping in view to have long term association quoted a very reasonable rate as per minimum wages act.
